Shipping & Returns
CleanRide will place your order within 1-2 business days. All orders that ship straight from our suppliers are subject to their wait times and shipping policies. Most items are in stock with our vendor at the time of purchase. If your item is on back order, we will notify you immediately via phone or e-mail.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your item from our supplier.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Note that there are restrictions on some products due to their size, weight hazardous material, or other factors.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
In all cases shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If there is a defect with your equipment please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to address the defect with the supplier.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returned new equipment is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned parts, wearables, and consumables are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
